Student Records maintains a permanent record for each student. This record includes the courses taken, credits and grades earned, and degree(s) obtained, as well as pertinent personal information, such as address and payment records.

Enrollment Services Hours
The regular hours for Financial Aid, Student Records, Student Connection, and Admissions are:

Monday through Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Closed holidays. Extended and/or shortened hours on other days. Please see the Enrollment Services Hours page for details.
