The Testing Center provides the highest quality testing services for faculty, students, and guests.
The Center is designed to make test taking more convenient and less stressful.

Spring/Summer 2008 Testing Center Schedule
Normal Hours of Operation
- Student Services: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 8:15pm
All tests will be collected at 8:45pm
Instructor Services: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 8:45pm (no services are available after 8:45pm)
- Student Services: Saturday, 9:00am to 4:15pm
All tests will be collected at 4:45pm
Instructor Services: Saturday, 9:00am to 4:45pm (no services are available after 4:45pm)
- Student Services: We will not be open on Sunday. Sunday hours may resume during the fall semester.

Semester Ends:
Semester ends on Friday, August 8.
Instructors should pick up all their test materials before grades are due.
Instructor's Notes:
- Print your name, class code, and test number on all documents.
- If you are using scantron forms, provide enough test documents for at least 50% of your students.
- Enter all test information into our information system at least 24 hours before the start of the test.
- If you are using Blackboard, show your students where you have placed the test within the program (e.g., announcements, course documents, course information, etc.).
- To strengthen our testing procedures, breaks during exams are not allowed.
- Prior to using the Center, review the following items with your students:
- Students must know the name of their instructor, the class code, and test number.
- Students must provide their WCC identification number to the proctor.
- Students must present their photo ID/student ID to the proctor.
- Students must not bring children, food, drinks, or music players to the Center.
- Students must turn their cell phones off before entering the Center. If the student's cell phone rings or vibrates in the Center, he or she will not be able to test again until they speak to the Center Director.
- Students must turn in all scrap paper and other test documents to the proctor after they complete their test.
