Be sure to enter your Name spelled exactly as it is spelled on your
Student ID. Only enter your first and last name, separated by a
space.
You should have been given a Student ID Number when you registered.
This should appear on your Student ID.
You must agree to the terms outlined in Rights & Responsibilities
in order to activate the account.
You may only activate your account once. You will get an error message

Common Problems When Changing an Email Password
Be sure to enter your LoginID using the right case. Passwords are case-sensitive,
meaning capital letters are interpreted as being different from
lowercase letters when you type in your password. For example, DJ101
is not the same as dj101.
You must enter your new password twice. Be sure that it is the same
both times and that both times it meets the password criteria.
Common Problems While Sending/Receiving Mail

DJ101 is not the same as dj101. Also, when giving your WCC email
address to another person remember that it is "your_login_id@stu.wccnet.org".
