Washtenaw Community College

We spend our entire lives surrounded by the physical world ­ its possibilities, its limitations, its rules, its realities. Learning about that world can be a matter of discovering why materials have unique properties, why sound is different for animals and humans, or why the tails of comets grow longer as they approach the sun.

The study of physical science at WCC can address those questions.
