Building Maintenance
Welcome to Washtenaw Community College's Building Maintenance department.
We are here to make sure that all buildings are comfortable and well-maintained so that nothing
interferes with the learning and teaching so vital to our mission. Call on us if we can be of
service.
Listed below are some examples of maintenance tasks that are performed by the Building
Maintenance personnel.
Replace ceiling tile
Hang bulletin boards, pictures, plaques
Install, assembly, and repair furniture, shelving, etc
Painting
Roof maintenance
Maintain water softener systems
Move furniture and equipment within buildings or from building to building
Plumbing
