Regional Information

Ann Arbor Film Festival.
Established in 1963, the internationally renowned festival is a showcase for independent and experimental films and is the oldest of its kind in North America. Each year, the festival attracts over 400 entries from filmmakers worldwide and screens more than 125 films before audiences 5,000 strong.

Michigan Film Office.
Michigan Film Office is an agency of the State of Michigan Department of History, Arts and Libraries, whose mission is to enrich the quality of life for Michigan residents by providing access to information, preserving and promoting Michigan's heritage and fostering cultural creativity. The department also includes the Library of Michigan, the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs, the Michigan Film Office, and the Michigan Historical Center.
