Garage Sales From time to time the College has garage sales which take place in the Storage and Receiving Building. When a garage sale is planned, information about the date, times, terms and conditions of sale, and other information will be posted here. Sealed Bids The final method of property disposition is the use of sealed bids. If any items are to be sold by sealed bid, ads will run in the local newspapers and the information will be posted here. The information will include a description of the item, terms and conditions of sale, and bid forms giving the due date, time, and place.
